The following poem was written by Tia Braham, Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator for BiCortex. Here is a short explanation of the inspiration:
“I am a member of the 2024 cohort of the Mentorship Program and recently had a final presentation of my thoughts and feedback on the program. We were given the chance to share our feedback in any way we preferred and I chose to write a poem.
This poem is a reflection on the program, which lasted 1 year, and captured topics we covered, suggestions for upcoming groups, and my overall thoughts of the program.” — TiaWe’re thankful that Tia participated in this program and equally thankful that she had such a wonderful experience!
