Our Trainers and Translators
Our teachers and translators are certified, experienced native speakers who are passionate about what they do and
love helping our customers.
We provide training on our virtual platform as well as onboarding
and refresher sessions and keep trainers and translators up to date with customer processes, best practices in
teaching and materials through newsletters.
We also offer our language trainers opportunities in tutoring and sales and they and their families
are able to take advantage of discounted language classes with us.

Business Development Specialist
- This vacancy is for a person with experience in Sales, ideally in the Language Training, Translations or Global Mobility sectors. The candidate should have contacts within the HR, Mobility and Learning and development departments of enterprises
- Objective: get new leads and customers (corporations and private students)
- Proficiency in the language of the target country is a must
- The candidate can be based in any country (home-office based)
Marketing and SEO Manager
- The main objective of this role is to increase the visibility of BiCortex on the internet and to increase the number of leads
generated through our website - The candidate can be based in any country (home-office based)
Teachers for online lessons
Translators / Interpreters
We translate/interpret from/to 47 languages through BiCortex Translations for global companies around the world. If you are a qualified freelance translator/interpreter and have experience, please fill in this form to apply.
Operations and HR Coordinator
- English native (or fully bilingual) speaker
- Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of new teachers, trainers or translators
- Coordinate the training with students and teachers and the translations with customers
- Verify qualifications and reliability of the candidates during interviews
- Update operations team on the status of each new recruitment
- Update customers on the status of each training program
- Ensure the quality of the services provided
- The candidate can be based in any country (home-office based)
Translation Project Manager
- Coordinate translations with customers and translators
- Hire new translators
- Proofreading translations to ensure the highest quality
- Keep BiCortex’s CRM updated
- Work proactively to grow BiCortex’s database of translators
Lead Generation Specialist - Covering Europe
- Suitable for an experienced Sales / Lead Generation professional, preferably with experience in the Education Sector
- Base salary plus commission on successful sales
- English fluency for training and coordination is a must
- The candidate can be based in any country (home-office based)
- Minimum 20 hours per week, but schedule can be flexible according to the needs of the business
